Key Responsibilities

The Waitress may be responsible for:

Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to customers in the cafeteria area.
Preparing service areas before service, including table setup, cleanliness, and service stations.
Serving meals, beverages, and other food items according to established catering standards.
Ensuring proper portion control and presentation while serving food.
Assisting customers with their requirements and responding politely to their requests.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety procedures.
Refilling food counters, beverage stations, and service areas as required.
Following proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
Supporting buffet setup, meal distribution, and catering events when required.
Reporting customer concerns, shortages, or operational issues to the Team Leader.
Following company policies, safety regulations, and institutional guidelines.
Maintaining professional appearance, grooming standards, and positive customer interactions.
Supporting other food service duties as assigned by management.
