T Croft Ltd is a family-owned transport company based at Stillwater, around 15 km inland from Greymouth. We are looking for an experienced Class 5 Log Truck Driver to join our team, with positions available for drivers based in Greymouth, Christchurch or Timaru.
About the Role
As a Log Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of logs between various locations. You will play an important role in keeping deliveries on schedule while maintaining high standards of safety, vehicle care and customer service.
The usual working week is Monday to Friday, although extended hours may be required depending on operational needs.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A clean New Zealand Class 5 driver’s licence
- Experience operating Log Cartage HPMV units
- Experience with 9-axle or similar heavy vehicle configurations will also be considered
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A reliable, responsible and industry-focused approach
- A positive and professional attitude
- A strong commitment to workplace and road safety
- Good physical fitness and the ability to meet the demands of the role
- Pride in maintaining and keeping equipment clean and presentable
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- A commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace
